About me

I am a South African artist, and have sold some work over the years both local and international.  My work hides no meaningful reasons and I have no profound statement to make. It's all quite simple and should not be intellectualized.

My ceramic work is hand build and each item thus unique.  I try to incorporate art into functional ware while keeping the theme on light-hearted fun.  My work has been exhibited at Decorex as well as the Design Indaba in Cape Town.

My paintings.  They neither have hidden messages nor deeper meanings (feel free to find any!) - but are works I feel can possibly complement your surroundings.

After many years in Pretoria I have relocated to the beautiful Garden Route in the province of the Western Cape, South Africa. My new studio is built on the southern slopes of the Outeniqua mountain range overlooking the little village of Great Brak River, the river below and the sea to the south.
